The same name appearing twice on a Mana Mitra ticket is normal. One is the Devotee Copy and the other is the Temple Copy. They are the same ticket, not two separate tickets.
On a Mana Mitra ticket, the devotee's name may appear twice because the ticket contains two copies:
- Devotee Copy – to be retained by the devotee.
- Temple Copy – to be handed over to the temple staff.
At the queue line entrance, temple staff will tear the ticket along the designated line, collect the Temple Copy, and return the Devotee Copy to the devotee.
