Prathahkala Seva at Srisailam is a special early-morning seva that allows devotees to participate in various spiritual rituals and receive the blessings of the priests.
What Happens During Prathahkala Seva?
Devotees participating in the Prathahkala Seva are provided rooms near Trishul Hotel.
In the morning, devotees arrive for the Seva, where the Harathi begins. This is followed by Pooja and Alankaram of the deity.
After this, Abhishekam is performed. Once the Abhishekam is completed, devotees are seated at nearby places. The Pujari comes to the devotees and gives blessings.
Darshan and Special Pooja
After receiving blessings, devotees have Vruddha Mallikarjuna Swamy Darshan.
The Seva is followed by a special Sri Chakra Pooja. After completion of the Seva, devotees receive a Shawl and Prasadam.
Who Can Participate?
- One child below 10 years can be allowed along with the eligible devotee.
- An additional single person may also be allowed to participate by obtaining the required ticket.
Prathahkala Seva Experience
Prathahkala Seva provides devotees with an opportunity to participate in the early-morning rituals, Abhishekam, receive blessings from the Pujari, have Vruddha Mallikarjuna Swamy Darshan and attend the special Sri Chakra Pooja.
