Users of the SrisailamGuide Live application may request deletion of their account and associated data at any time.
How to Request Account Deletion
To request account deletion, please send an email to:

Please include the Google account email address used to sign in to SrisailamGuide Live.
What Data Will Be Deleted
- Account information associated with the application
- Firebase Authentication account records (where applicable)
- Operational telemetry and location records associated with the account
- Profile and service-related information linked to the account
Data That May Be Retained
Certain information may be retained for a limited period when necessary for:
- Legal compliance
- Fraud prevention and security purposes
- Dispute resolution
- Enforcement of agreements
Retained information will only be kept for as long as reasonably necessary and in accordance with applicable laws.
Processing Time
Deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days of verification of the request.
