Srisailam Swarna Radhotsavam on September 6, 2026

Srisailam will observe Aarudrothavam on Sunday, September 6, 2026.

On this auspicious occasion, Mahanyasapurvaka Ekadasa Rudrabhishekam will be performed to Sri Mallikarjuna Jyotirlinga.

The day will also feature the Swarna Radhotsavam (Golden Chariot).

What Is the Difference Between Garbhalaya and Samuhika Abhishekam at Srisailam?

Garbhalaya Abhishekam and Samuhika Abhishekam are both Abhishekam sevas at Srisailam where devotees can personally pour water and touch the Shiva Lingam, but they differ in price, seva format, and timings.

What devotees do Devotees can sit near the Mallikarjuna Jyotirlinga, personally pour water over the Shiva Lingam, and touch it. The Abhishekam experience lasts about 5 to 10 minutes. After that, all devotees join the Sparsh Darshan queue, enter the Garbhalayam, pour water, and touch the Shiva Lingam.

During Sravana Masam, 13 August 2026 to 12 September 2026, Garbhalaya Abhishekam is available on Wednesdays and Thursdays at 6:15 AM, 9:30 AM, 12:00 PM and 6:00 PM.

For the rest of the year, it is available Tuesday to Friday at 6:15 AM, 9:30 AM, 12:00 PM and 6:00 PM.

Samuhika Abhishekam Timings

During Sravana Masam, 13 August 2026 to 12 September 2026, Samuhika Abhishekam is available on Wednesdays and Thursdays at 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

For the rest of the year, it is available Tuesday to Friday at 6:00 AM, 12:30 PM and 6:00 PM.

Important: Both Abhishekam sevas allow devotees to personally pour water and touch the Shiva Lingam.

Can I get a refund if the ticket is not generated after payment in ManaMitra?

No. If the payment is successful but the ticket is not generated immediately, wait at least 20 minutes before taking any further action.

  • After 20 minutes, check your UPI app to confirm whether the amount was debited.
  • If the amount was debited and has not been returned, your ticket may be stuck on the server.
  • In such a case, you can print the ticket on the date of your Darshan or Seva at the CRO office using the ManaMitra kiosk.

Do not make another payment immediately. Wait 20 minutes and check your UPI transaction status first.

Leela Kalyanam Seva Darshan: Which Darshan Is Allowed?

Devotees who have a Leela Kalyanam Seva ticket can have distance darshan of Sri Mallikarjuna Swamy before the Leela Kalyanam Seva begins.

For this darshan, devotees can use the 150 Seegra Darshan queue line. Devotees should reach the queue line at least 30 minutes before the time slot mentioned on their ticket.

The darshan is from a distance and is not Sparsha Darshan.

If you have booked a Leela Kalyanam Seva, plan to reach the queue line early so you have enough time to join the darshan process before your seva slot.

Can devotees from other states book Darshan and Sevas at Srisailam?

Yes. Devotees from other states can book Darshan and Sevas at Srisailam. You do not need to be a resident of Andhra Pradesh.

This applies to Sparsha Darshan, other Darshan services, and Sevas that are available for booking.

When booking through WhatsApp Mana Mitra, the District selection refers to the district where Srisailam Temple is located, not the devotee's home district.

For Srisailam Temple, select Nandyal as the district and then select Sri Bhramaramba Mallikarjuna Swamy Temple.

So, if your own state or district is not shown in the booking options, that does not mean you cannot book. Select the temple's district, Nandyal, and continue with the booking.

In short: Devotees from any state can book available Darshan and Seva tickets at Srisailam. The district shown during Mana Mitra booking is the temple's district, not the devotee's residential district.

What is VIP Break Darshan ticket?

At Srisailam, VIP Break Darshan is handled through the VIP/Protocol recommendation process. It is not a separate regular public darshan category.

VIP Break Darshan at Srisailam

  • A recommendation letter from an MLA, MLC, MP, or similar authorized official from any state is required.
  • The recommendation letter must be submitted digitally to the Temple Protocol Department at least two days before the scheduled darshan.
  • The letter can be sent by email to protocol@srisailadevasthanam.org or by WhatsApp to 91600 16215.
  • Letters submitted only on the darshan day cannot be processed.
  • VIP Break Darshan costs ₹500 per person. Devotees coming through the recommendation process also need to pay this ₹500 ticket amount.
