Mana Mitra Payment Completed but Ticket Not Generated? What to Do

Payment completed but your Mana Mitra ticket is not generated? Don't worry. If the payment was successful but your Srisailam Mana Mitra ticket has not appeared, follow these steps.

What to Do If Your Mana Mitra Ticket Is Not Generated

  1. Wait approximately 20 minutes. Sometimes the ticket may take some time to be generated after successful payment.
  2. Do not make another payment immediately. If the ticket has not appeared after payment, avoid booking again until you have checked the status.
  3. Visit the CRO Office at Srisailam on your booked date.
  4. At the CRO Office, use the available touchscreen kiosk and select “WhatsApp Ticket”.
  5. Enter the mobile number used for the Mana Mitra booking.
  6. The kiosk can be used to generate and print your ticket.

What Should You Carry?

Carry your payment confirmation and any available booking details with you. These details can be useful when checking your booking at the CRO Office.

Important: If your payment has already been completed, avoid making a second payment immediately just because the ticket has not appeared.

How Much Time Does Umamaheswara Swamy Vratham Take at Srisailam?

Umamaheswara Swamy Vratham at Srisailam generally takes around 1 hour to 1 hour 30 minutes.

Devotees must reach the seva queue line at least 15 minutes before their booked slot time. The seva may not start exactly at the scheduled time, as it may take some time for other devotees participating in the seva to arrive.

If you are planning to attend Umamaheswara Swamy Vratham, keep around 1 to 1.5 hours for the seva, along with some additional time for waiting.

Can I have darshan of Mallikarjuna Swami without any ticket?

Yes. You do not need a ticket for darshan of Mallikarjuna Swami. You can have Sarva Darshan, also called the free queue.

In Sarva Darshan also, you can have darshan of Mallikarjuna Swami from a distance, similar to Seeghra Darshan and Athiseeghra Darshan. Touching the Shiva Lingam is not allowed.

Sarva Darshan is generally available during mostly the same timings as Seeghra Darshan and Athiseeghra Darshan. Timings may vary depending on temple arrangements and crowd conditions.

Why is the devotee name shown twice on the Mana Mitra ticket?

The same name appearing twice on a Mana Mitra ticket is normal. One is the Devotee Copy and the other is the Temple Copy. They are the same ticket, not two separate tickets.

On a Mana Mitra ticket, the devotee's name may appear twice because the ticket contains two copies:

  • Devotee Copy – to be retained by the devotee.
  • Temple Copy – to be handed over to the temple staff.

At the queue line entrance, temple staff will tear the ticket along the designated line, collect the Temple Copy, and return the Devotee Copy to the devotee.

Mana Mitra Ticket Booking: Aadhaar Details and Queue Line Entry

Answer: Normally, when booking through the temple website, details such as the name and Aadhaar details of each devotee may need to be entered separately.

In WhatsApp Mana Mitra, the booking process is different. At the time of booking, only the devotee's name is entered. Other details such as the Aadhaar number are not required during the booking process.

However, at the entrance of the queue line, all devotees must show their Aadhaar cards along with the ticket for verification.

Therefore, even though Aadhaar details are not collected during the WhatsApp Mana Mitra booking process, every member should carry their Aadhaar card when going for darshan.

Srisailam Nallamala Forest Timings

The Nallamala Forest route near Srisailam has the following timings:

  • Forest Closing Time: 9:00 PM
  • Forest Opening Time: 6:00 AM

Travelers should plan their journey accordingly and avoid reaching the forest check points after the closing time.

Timings: Nallamala Forest closes at 9:00 PM and opens at 6:00 AM.
