Payment completed but your Mana Mitra ticket is not generated? Don't worry. If the payment was successful but your Srisailam Mana Mitra ticket has not appeared, follow these steps.
What to Do If Your Mana Mitra Ticket Is Not Generated
- Wait approximately 20 minutes. Sometimes the ticket may take some time to be generated after successful payment.
- Do not make another payment immediately. If the ticket has not appeared after payment, avoid booking again until you have checked the status.
- Visit the CRO Office at Srisailam on your booked date.
- At the CRO Office, use the available touchscreen kiosk and select “WhatsApp Ticket”.
- Enter the mobile number used for the Mana Mitra booking.
- The kiosk can be used to generate and print your ticket.
What Should You Carry?
Carry your payment confirmation and any available booking details with you. These details can be useful when checking your booking at the CRO Office.
Important: If your payment has already been completed, avoid making a second payment immediately just because the ticket has not appeared.
