No. If the payment is successful but the ticket is not generated immediately, wait at least 20 minutes before taking any further action.
- After 20 minutes, check your UPI app to confirm whether the amount was debited.
- If the amount was debited and has not been returned, your ticket may be stuck on the server.
- In such a case, you can print the ticket on the date of your Darshan or Seva at the CRO office using the ManaMitra kiosk.
Do not make another payment immediately. Wait 20 minutes and check your UPI transaction status first.
