Can I get a refund if the ticket is not generated after payment in ManaMitra?

No. If the payment is successful but the ticket is not generated immediately, wait at least 20 minutes before taking any further action.

  • After 20 minutes, check your UPI app to confirm whether the amount was debited.
  • If the amount was debited and has not been returned, your ticket may be stuck on the server.
  • In such a case, you can print the ticket on the date of your Darshan or Seva at the CRO office using the ManaMitra kiosk.

Do not make another payment immediately. Wait 20 minutes and check your UPI transaction status first.

Can devotees from other states book Darshan and Sevas at Srisailam?

Yes. Devotees from other states can book Darshan and Sevas at Srisailam. You do not need to be a resident of Andhra Pradesh.

This applies to Sparsha Darshan, other Darshan services, and Sevas that are available for booking.

When booking through WhatsApp Mana Mitra, the District selection refers to the district where Srisailam Temple is located, not the devotee's home district.

For Srisailam Temple, select Nandyal as the district and then select Sri Bhramaramba Mallikarjuna Swamy Temple.

So, if your own state or district is not shown in the booking options, that does not mean you cannot book. Select the temple's district, Nandyal, and continue with the booking.

In short: Devotees from any state can book available Darshan and Seva tickets at Srisailam. The district shown during Mana Mitra booking is the temple's district, not the devotee's residential district.

What is VIP Break Darshan ticket?

At Srisailam, VIP Break Darshan is handled through the VIP/Protocol recommendation process. It is not a separate regular public darshan category.

VIP Break Darshan at Srisailam

  • A recommendation letter from an MLA, MLC, MP, or similar authorized official from any state is required.
  • The recommendation letter must be submitted digitally to the Temple Protocol Department at least two days before the scheduled darshan.
  • The letter can be sent by email to protocol@srisailadevasthanam.org or by WhatsApp to 91600 16215.
  • Letters submitted only on the darshan day cannot be processed.
  • VIP Break Darshan costs ₹500 per person. Devotees coming through the recommendation process also need to pay this ₹500 ticket amount.

How to book Aarti Darshan?

Currently, there is no separate ticket for Aarti Darshan at Srisailam Temple. Aarti Darshan is included in the Prathahkala Seva. Devotees who wish to attend Aarti Darshan should book the Prathahkala Seva ticket.

Can I have darshan of Mallikarjuna Swami without any ticket?

Yes. You do not need a ticket for darshan of Mallikarjuna Swami. You can have Sarva Darshan, also called the free queue.

In Sarva Darshan also, you can have darshan of Mallikarjuna Swami from a distance, similar to Seeghra Darshan and Athiseeghra Darshan. Touching the Shiva Lingam is not allowed.

Sarva Darshan is generally available during mostly the same timings as Seeghra Darshan and Athiseeghra Darshan. Timings may vary depending on temple arrangements and crowd conditions.

Can I cancel, change the date, or edit devotee names on my Darshan or Seva ticket after booking?

No. After completion of booking, cancellation, advancement, or postponement are not accepted.

Once a Darshan or Seva ticket is booked, no details on the ticket can be changed. This includes:

  • Devotee name (including spelling corrections)
  • Date
  • Time slot
  • Any other devotee details entered during booking

This applies to tickets booked on the official Srisailam Devasthanam website and on WhatsApp Mana Mitra.

Before paying: check every devotee name, the date and the time slot carefully, because they cannot be edited afterwards.

Why is the devotee name shown twice on the Mana Mitra ticket?

The same name appearing twice on a Mana Mitra ticket is normal. One is the Devotee Copy and the other is the Temple Copy. They are the same ticket, not two separate tickets.

On a Mana Mitra ticket, the devotee's name may appear twice because the ticket contains two copies:

  • Devotee Copy – to be retained by the devotee.
  • Temple Copy – to be handed over to the temple staff.

At the queue line entrance, temple staff will tear the ticket along the designated line, collect the Temple Copy, and return the Devotee Copy to the devotee.

Mana Mitra Ticket Booking: Aadhaar Details and Queue Line Entry

Answer: The Aadhaar details required during WhatsApp Mana Mitra ticket booking may change based on the current booking process.

Currently, even when you select more than one ticket for services such as Sparsha Darshan, Athi Sheeghra Darshan or Sheeghra Darshan, you need to enter the Aadhaar details of only one devotee — the person whose name is entered in the Devotee field during the booking process.

You do not need to enter separate Aadhaar details for every person included in the selected ticket quantity, unless Mana Mitra specifically asks for them during the booking process.

Important: This does not mean that only the devotee whose Aadhaar details were entered needs an Aadhaar card. All devotees travelling for darshan should carry their Aadhaar cards.

At the entrance of the queue line, all devotees must show their Aadhaar card along with the ticket for verification.

Example: If you select 2 Sparsha Darshan tickets, currently you enter the Aadhaar details of only the devotee mentioned in the Devotee field. Both persons must still carry their own Aadhaar cards when going for darshan.

Important: The Mana Mitra booking process can be updated by the temple authorities from time to time. If the booking process specifically asks for Aadhaar details of additional devotees, follow the instructions shown during the current booking session.
